An encrypted dead-man's switch

Some things should only be said
when you can no longer say them.

The Last Relay seals your most important messages and files on your phone, and delivers them to the people you choose — but only if you go quiet for good.

End-to-end encrypted Zero-knowledge by design You hold the only keys

Why it exists

You carry things only you can pass on.

Not everything should be shared today. Some of it should reach the right person at exactly one moment — the one you won't be there for.

Access your family will need

The passwords, accounts, and instructions that keep a life running — handed over when they're needed, not a day sooner.

Words meant for later

A letter to someone you love. Something you could never say out loud. Kept sealed until the only moment it should be read.

A handoff that can't wait

Business keys, recovery phrases, the location of what matters — delivered to the right person the moment you can't do it yourself.

How it works

Set the switch once. Then just keep living.

Four moving parts. The only one that can ever release anything is your own silence.

01

Sealed on your device

Your message and files are encrypted on your phone before anything is uploaded. The keys never leave in a form anyone — us included — can read.

02

Given to who you choose

Name your recipients and a trusted contact. Each recipient unlocks their capsule with a unique phrase only they hold.

03

Released only if you go quiet

We check in on your schedule. Miss enough check-ins and we ask your contact to confirm before anything is ever released.

04

Always reversible

One tap cancels a pending release. Pause for travel, edit what's inside, or delete the whole capsule whenever you like.

The promise

We run the switch. We can't read what it carries.

The Last Relay is built so that trusting us with delivery never means trusting us with your secrets.

End-to-end encrypted. Sealed with XChaCha20-Poly1305 and Argon2id key wrapping — the same primitives that protect messengers and password vaults.
Ciphertext only. We store the locked container — never your keys, and never your recipients' phrases.
Nothing releases while you're here. Every check-in resets the clock. Release only becomes possible after your silence and your contact's confirmation.
Reversible to the last second. A single tap — verified by your passkey — cancels a pending release or a deletion.

A light left on.

Encrypted before it leaves your phone. We can't read it — ever. And it only speaks when you no longer can.
