Access your family will need
The passwords, accounts, and instructions that keep a life running — handed over when they're needed, not a day sooner.
An encrypted dead-man's switch
The Last Relay seals your most important messages and files on your phone, and delivers them to the people you choose — but only if you go quiet for good.
Why it exists
Not everything should be shared today. Some of it should reach the right person at exactly one moment — the one you won't be there for.
The passwords, accounts, and instructions that keep a life running — handed over when they're needed, not a day sooner.
A letter to someone you love. Something you could never say out loud. Kept sealed until the only moment it should be read.
Business keys, recovery phrases, the location of what matters — delivered to the right person the moment you can't do it yourself.
How it works
Four moving parts. The only one that can ever release anything is your own silence.
Your message and files are encrypted on your phone before anything is uploaded. The keys never leave in a form anyone — us included — can read.
Name your recipients and a trusted contact. Each recipient unlocks their capsule with a unique phrase only they hold.
We check in on your schedule. Miss enough check-ins and we ask your contact to confirm before anything is ever released.
One tap cancels a pending release. Pause for travel, edit what's inside, or delete the whole capsule whenever you like.
The promise
The Last Relay is built so that trusting us with delivery never means trusting us with your secrets.
XChaCha20-Poly1305 and Argon2id key wrapping — the same primitives that protect messengers and password vaults.Encrypted before it leaves your phone. We can't read it — ever. And it only speaks when you no longer can.
